How do I pay with my credit card WITHOUT opening a paypal account?

• This should be straightforward and usually is through the normal checkout process, however, if the computer you are using has ever been used to pay for anything using paypal or if a paypal account has been registered on your computer then the good folks at paypal will have deposited a small file called a cookie in your "temporary internet files" folder .The easiest way around this is to delete your paypal cookie or all of your cookies out of the temporary internet files folder .Type in " deleting cookies from my computer using xp" into a google search and you will find step by step instructions on how to do this . Replace "xp" with whatever windows version you are using for info if you are not using Windows xp. When the cookie is gone you will be able to pay with your credit card without opening a paypal account. (usually).

Is the clipart “full color” work only?

• No, that’s the beauty of our website – Each set contains both full color clipart as well as black and white outline (2 pixels wide).

How do I receive my purchase?

• Our designs are compressed in zip files due to their size. When your payment is received, I’ll e-mail you a link and a file password to download you purchase. This password expires after 7 days.

What formats can I purchase?

• We offer jpeg, bmp, gif and wmf – if there is a format you want and it is not listed, please e-mail us and we can check for you. We recommend wmf as you can resize the image all you want and it will NEVER get blurry or distorted. It will always print perfectly crisp and clear at ANY size. PLEASE NOTE – wmf will only work on a windows computer. These files work wonderfully in publishing programs such as MS Publisher, MS Word, Paint, Print Shop, Print Artist, Print Master, Home Publishing, etc.

What do I do when I’ve downloaded the file?

• Our designs are compressed in zip files due to their size. Your computer may decompress it to a folder automatically. If not, you will have to do it manually by using programs such as Winzip (Windows) . Free downloads available online

Can I purchase single images from a set?

• Presently our images are sold as a set only. We’ll release singles soon.

Can I download the file again?

• If you need to re-download a file, check the receipt e-mailed to you. On this receipt you'll find instructions on how to download it, a link and a password to do it. Downloads are only valid for 7 days.  If you're having trouble at download time, email us with your order number, and we'll send you another download link.

I just placed an order through PayPal and haven't received any confirmation or link/password to download what I purchased. Please help?

• PayPal will send an e-mail notifying me of your order.  Normally it only takes a few minutes but sometimes it can take up to 2 hours. As soon as I receive the e-mail from PayPal letting me know you placed your order, I will e-mail you with the information on how to download what you purchased.
• If is also possible that PayPal never sent an e-mail or that it disappeared into cyberspace, so if you feel it's been too long, please e-mail me with your PayPal transaction ID number and set purchased so I can find your order and send you the download information right away.
• The other possibility is that I did send you an e-mail with the download information but it is either sitting in your spam/trash filter folder or has been filtered out as spam and deleted by your server, or even bounced. Please email us and request that it be resent to you. Please include the following info:
• Your PayPal transaction ID number
• The email address you used to order
• If possible, an alternative email address just in case your server is deleting the email.
• Please make certain that your mail server will accept an e-mail from info@embroidery-clipart.com

Can I add free clipart to a collection and sell/redistribute it or offer it to visitors for download?

• NO,  Please Do NOT use our clipart if you are "collecting" graphics from all over the internet and offering them to your visitors to download. Please use the graphics to decorate your webpage and do not offer them to your visitors to download. Have them visit www.embroidery-clipart.com to choose their own graphics – provide a link back to our site.  For more info, please read our Policy page.
