Policy
Clipart Policies
Our policies are very simple. When buying our clipart you agree to the following:
- The copyright for all our clipart belongs to Embroidery-clipart.com and owned by me, Wendy Rudd-Colledge, Carnaross, County Meath, Republic of Ireland.
- If you use our clipart Please give credit where credit is due. There are some link buttons on our sample page. You are welcome to use them as you wish.
- If you do not want to provide a link, you can purchase a One Time Commercial fee of $49.99 – you will then not be required to provide a link or give credit for the artwork at all.
- These are original, hand drawn, royalty free clipart, meaning that it can be used to create whatever you want, sell or make profit from without any further payment to the artist/creator. It does not mean “Copyright –free”.
- You are allowed to alter and change our clipart as much as you like. This includes resizing, changing colours
- You may not resell, loan, give away or distribute our clipart themselves or add them to any collection for sale. I have digitally copyrighted and watermarked each clipart.
You may sell the finished product, example: the finished digitized embroidery design. The copyright to the finished product / project/ embroidery design belongs to you and the clipart copyright belongs to me!- You can use our clipart for projects such as:
- Digitized embroidery designs
- Rubberstamping
- Scrapbooking
- Computer printables
- Webpages, Auction templates, Desktop publishing
- Iron on transfers, textile / screen printing
- Tole painting, Signs and Sayings
- Items for sale with the finished designs on it and
- All other craft projects…
